How to make a booking?
1. Please either telephone or email Julie to confirm that the dates you are interested in are still available (we try to keep the ‘Availability’ page as up to date as possible but it will not show unconfirmed bookings). It would be helpful if you could include a contact telephone number in email enquiries.
2. Once we have confirmed the dates you have requested are available, please ensure you have read the ‘Terms and Conditions’ and send us a cheque for the deposit (or full payment if the holiday start date is within eight weeks). Cheques should be made payable to ‘Julie Dove’ and be sent to the address below.
3. We will send you an email confirming the booking when the cheque has been received.
4. Within four weeks of the letting start date we will email you with detailed directions and arrangements for access to Pwll Melyn.
